I have always loved art.

After having four children and semi-retiring from nursing, I found some time to return to the world of art. I attended a watercolour class instructed by Susan Chater at The Fred Varley Gallery. That inspired me to take more workshops, join the Schoolhouse Group of Artists and the Toronto Watercolour Society. I have also attended art classes at the Halliburton School of Art, Loyalist College and studied under Hy Sook Barker.

I feel so lucky to be part of this wonderful art community. It’s a great way to share ideas, be inspired and learn new techniques. I favour painting in watercolour and experimenting with other mediums. The possibilities are endless!
